No Real Competition

When you are the best, you tend to attract attention. Everyone tries to compare their products to ours but when you take a closer look, you will see that there really is no comparison.There is no product on the market that can compare to our Door Jamb Armor or EZ Armor solutions because these are the only two products on the market that provide Ultimate Door Security. Our Hinge Shields are patented, which is a big reason why no one else provides hinge protection. Any competitor that tells you longer screws will adequately protect your hinges has never adequately tested their product. We initially tried longer screws, which is why we know that they do not work.

We are the real door security pro. For years, competitors have taken pot shots at us and have stated that our products do similar things. When you take a closer look, you will see that what others sell for  others sell for $89, it is comparable in function to our FIX-A-JAMB product, which sells for $39.The same is true of every other “competitor” out there. Look at what you get and look at what they charge. We make every effort to make sure that our customers get exactly what they believe they are paying for.

Superior Materials and Engineering

It amazes us when our competitors boast about how they use cold rolled steel to make their products. We will never use cold rolled steel because it rusts!. All of our products are made out of galvanized steel, which costs us about 20% more. Others tout the thickness of their steel. Again, when you understand physics, you know that it doesn’t matter how strong you make the jamb if you do not reinforce the other parts of the door. Also,when you test your products, you realize that when jamb reinforcement is too thick, you cannot apply door reinforcement because there is not enough clearance. Again, if you only want jamb reinforcement, we have it for less than 1/2 the cost of what our competitors charge and ours is made of galvanized steel. Just understand what you are getting.

Warranty Lies

We warranty that your door will not be kicked-in if Door Jamb Armor or EZ Armor is properly installed. Our competitors warranty against “jamb failure”. This means that they do not consider it a failure when your deadbolt splits your door or your hinges get kicked in. We have sold thousands of hinge shields and door shields to customers that have paid more for a competitive product, only to realize that their door was not really protected. Alarms are Not our Competition!

Our products work in concert with an alarm system. We are the first line of defense and alarms are the second. If a persistent thief finds another way in, then your alarm will alert you that someone is in your home. Many alarm companies actually recommend and install our products to their customers. Just as seatbelt and airbag manufacturers would not tell you not to have OnStar in your car, there is no reason for us not to recommend an alarm system for our customers and visa-versa. We just want to make sure that customers understand the real function of alarm systems.
