Our Products Have Been Independently Tested…Do Competitive Products Really Work?

While our competition talks a lot about what their are supposed to do, or show you suspect videos, we have let others do the talking for us. Our products have been independently tested and proven. In contrast, in the only actual test that we can find of a competitive product, the product FAILED. Please watch this segment, which was done on a local TV station. Please pay attention to the part where the commentator says “BUYER BEWARE”, right before the product fails.Everyone tries to compare their products to ours but, as you will see below, there is no comparison.

Independent Tests

Anyone can rig a test to make their product look good. Our videos have been done by others. Check out a similar test done on Door Jamb Armor, where the crew used a battering ram.Please note that this test was done on a FIBERGLASS DOOR.

All the Same

Whether its’ the Strikemaster II or any of the other “me too” products out there, such as the one pictured here, the result will be the same. Some say the metal is thicker but the basic concepts are all the same. They reinforce the lock side of the jamb and forget about everythig else. All of them falsely tell you that they reinforce the hinges because they provide longer screws. We found out more than six years ago that LONGER SCREWS ALONE DO NOT WORK, which is why we created the Hinge shield. While the hinges are important, hinge protection is not even important until you reinforce the lock area. Even a steel door will split when kicked hard enough. It’s not a matter of if but when the door will split if not reinforced.

No Substitute for Integrity

Because we have multiple solutions, we can be honest about the capabilities of everything that we sell. If you sell peaches and apples, you can simply let Our FIX-A-JAMB is comparable in function to any of these products but it costs less than 1/2 as much, in most cases. We could test FIX-A-JAMB against any of these products because we know that neither is going to work. When enough force is applied, the deadbolt is going to split the door. That is not our opinion, that is physics and six years of experience. We have had people buy Door Jamb Armor and not use the Door Shields and their doors were split. We have had people buy Door Jamb Armor and not use the Hinge Shields and their hinges were kicked in. We are not making this up!
